A giant crane made a dramatic site as it lifted trusses for the new roof into place. Parishioner Rich Kopf shared these photos from the scene, which we’ve included in a new photo gallery available here and on the TV in the parish hall narthex.

St. Catherine’s Knights of Columbus Council is collecting used eyeglasses and sunglasses during the Month of May, at the Knights Corner in the Parish Center narthex. They are collecting the glasses to be distributed to needy people in our area and around the world. Saint Catherine’s is holding a retreat to the Seton Shrine in Emmitsburg, Maryland on Saturday, April 28. The day includes a guided tour of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton’s Historic Home and Cemetery. The group will also tour the Basilica and attend Mass with Father Chester as the celebrant.

Help others, save the planet with your used clothing
Thinking about cleaning out the closets for Summer? Clothing donation bins are located at the Parish Center parking lot. Your clothing donations will be shipped throughout the US, Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.
For the use of our Parish Center site, we will receive a monthly payment of $100 for each bin. As we help others by donating clothing, we also help our Parish gain funds toward our Building Campaign.
