Saint Catherine’s is holding a retreat to the Seton Shrine in Emmitsburg, Maryland on Saturday, April 28. The day includes a guided tour of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton’s Historic Home and Cemetery. The group will also tour the Basilica and attend Mass with Father Chester as the celebrant.
The agenda includes:
- 8:00 AM: Arrival at the Parish Center for an 8:30 departure
- 11:30 AM: Estimated time of arrival to the Visitor Center at the Seton Shrine
- Deli Lunch provided: Assorted deli sandwiches/wraps, pasta salad, potato chips, relish tray, assorted petite desserts, and drinks
- Welcome and Orientation
- Guided Tour to Mother Setons Historic Homes and Cemetery
- Altar of Relics and Chapel Presentation
- Mass at main Altar
- Time to visit Gift Shop and Exhibits
- 4:00 PM departure, estimated time of arrival back to the Parish Center 7:00 PM
