Confirmation

On Tuesday, April 21st, 16 candidates from St. Catherines’ celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation. It was an uplifting celebration not only for the Confirmandi and their families but also for us who received this sacrament many years ago.

Feast Day of St. Catherine of Siena

This Wednesday, April 29th, we celebrate the Feast Day of St. Catherine of Siena.

World Day of Prayer for Vocations

Next Sunday, April 26th, is World Day of Prayer for Vocations. On this day, the Church throughout the world, in a special way, encourages prayer for vocations. It also asks us to do the following:

· Make a special effort to ask the Lord for more vocations to the priesthood and religious life.

· Pray for the priests who have ministered to you throughout your life, both living and  deceased.

· Keep our parish priests in your prayers throughout the week. (Read more…)
