Founders' Walkway Brick form now online

Dear Vision of Our Future Campaign Contributors:

The Parish's plan to create a Founders' Walkway to thank our generous contributors is now underway. We have placed each contributor into a giving category that will provide for two different sized pavers in the walkway. It is now time for us to collect the information you would like to inscribe on your paver.

The four levels of giving: Foundation, Patron, Benefactor and Donor categories will receive an 8" x 8" paver, including six lines of 20 letters per line.

Families who have donated between $1,000 and $4,999 will receive a 4" x 8" paver with three lines of 20 letters per line.

All replies for a personalized engraving must be received no later than October 14, 2014.

You can complete a template form to inscribe your paver by clicking on the button below or by filling out a hard copy available in the Parish office. If you prefer you may e-mail your requested engraving to either Lori Young at young20@centurylink.com or Dan Dawson at dgdawson@embarqmail.com.

If we do not receive your preferred paver inscription, the committee will use the information from Parish registration records to inscribe on your paver. Typically, that information will appear similar to: "Mr. & Mrs. John Public." Father and the committee reserve the right to review all engraving requests. Additionally, we will receive proofs from the engraving company to allow all a final review prior to brick production.
